Hello Everyone,

Recently, our client, Davey Farrell, shared his exciting plans about purchasing the charming and historic Old Ship Inn in Lochgelly. He approached Jan, our talented Design & Product Administrator, with a request to design a logo for the staff uniforms that would reflect the historic and renewed spirit of the Inn.

Initially, Davey sketched his simple concept on a sheet of paper, but the creative process turned out to be quite involved. It took a few iterations to finalise the logo as we developed the nautical theme design that resonated with his vision. Discussions flowed between Jan and Davey, filled with ideas and creative thinking. After extensive brainstorming, Jan developed several ship style options, and after careful consideration, he incorporated the name “OLD SHIP INN” prominently above the chosen ship design, with the clients' names elegantly displayed underneath. The final design beautifully captures the essence of the inn and our client's passion and enthusiasm for his new business. Davey will be getting his logo embroidered in gold on black uniforms, and we will produce them on our in-house four-head, twelve-colour embroidery machine.
